Meet The Therapist

Meagan has worked in a variety of settings to include partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, child welfare, and community mental health. For the past two years, Meagan has worked in private practice with individuals of all ages. Meagan particularly enjoys working with adolescents, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship/social concerns, life transitions, and adjustment to pregnancy/postpartum. Meagan incorporates elements from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Meagan does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, she values meeting each client where they are in their individual journey, and working alongside them to support, challenge, and guide them towards their goals. Meagan strives to establish a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered.

Meagan lives in Tampa with her husband, two young children, and golden retriever. In her free time, Meagan enjoys spending time with her family, reading, swimming, and being outdoors.

In addition to living and practicing in Florida, Meagan is licensed in Connecticut and Vermont. Meagan is currently accepting new telehealth (virtual) clients in all three states and is hoping to open an in-person office location in the near future.

Meagan is passionate about helping individuals overcome personal challenges to embody stronger confidence, self-worth, and quality of life. She strives to establish a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered.
